When you browse this website

The site serves informational pages and local assets. It has no inquiry submission form, user accounts, document upload, AI analysis, newsletter subscription or advertising analytics. It does not set application cookies or use browser local storage.

The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested page and time, to deliver and secure the website. Its retention and processing depend on the hosting service. These technical operations are separate from information you choose to send to the practice.

When you contact us

If you email, call or use WhatsApp, we may receive your name, contact details and the information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, discuss your request, assess an engagement and manage relevant correspondence. The website does not automatically book an appointment or add you to a marketing list.

Share only what is necessary for the initial conversation. Please avoid sending identity documents, sensitive facts, confidential files or another person's information until we agree an appropriate intake process.

External services and sharing

Email and WhatsApp operate through external providers and may process information in other countries. The published email address uses Gmail. WhatsApp is opened only when you follow its link; no WhatsApp widget is embedded. Their privacy information is available from Google and WhatsApp.

Access to practice correspondence should be limited to those handling the matter and supporting service providers as necessary. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed where required by applicable law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Any later legal engagement may require additional information and terms.

Retention

Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence, whether an engagement follows, applicable record-keeping obligations and any relevant legal hold. Contact us for the retention information applicable to your records. A deletion request will be considered against these requirements; deletion from an active mailbox does not necessarily remove every backup immediately.

Your requests and grievances

Email a privacy request using your existing contact address where possible. You may ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, ask us to stop a particular use or withdraw consent where relevant, raise a grievance, or inquire about nomination. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law in force and the processing concerned.

We may verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing information. Please do not send identity documents in the first request. Explain the request briefly and include a relevant correspondence reference if you have one. If you need this notice explained in another language, contact us before sharing further information.

Children and represented persons

This website's direct inquiry route is intended for adults. For a matter involving a child or someone you represent, contact us first to arrange an appropriate process and confirm authority before providing their personal information.

Updates

This notice may change when the website or the practice's processing changes. The update date above identifies this version.
